Our History

Creative Space Design + Studio was founded by Luis Alvear, an architect who graduated from Universidad Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Cartagena, Colombia. After relocating to the U.S. in 2005, Luis established the company to provide specialized drafting and design services.

With over 18 years of experience in residential design, civil engineering drafting, and collaboration with leading construction and architecture firms, Creative Space Design + Studio is dedicated to delivering expert solutions that blend functionality with innovation. As a Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD) and an aspiring AIA Registered Architect, Luis is committed to transforming client visions into exceptional realities, driven by a deep passion for architecture and a commitment to family values.
